Just then a loud crashing came through the trees and ugliest creatures, I have ever seen charged into the clearing.  They each weighed about 250lbs and looked like the front line of the New England Patriots, but I doubted they had as easy of a time wooing the ladies as professional athletes.  I had a feeling these were the Ogres that I had been mistaken for, and I was not flattered.

The little fellows didn’t even have a chance.  One shot an arrow at a creature but all it did was make the brute madder.  The creature picked up the offending archer and tossed him twenty feet. Another was picked up and had his limbs ripped out of their sockets.  I had a feeling that these creatures must be the Ogres that the little men were talking about.

Well, I couldn’t stand and watch the little guys be massacred. The two Ogres who tore the limbs off the little man dropped his carcass on the ground and were headed for another little fellow.  Before they reached him I leaped over a log and stood between Whirlo and these Ogres.  Apparently they had not noticed me before now, because their ugly, hairy faces were shocked.  I didn’t waste another second.  I threw a punch with lightning speed at the smaller of the two.  I felt his cheekbone crack underneath my knuckles as he fell to the ground.  Then I threw a sliding side kick into the other’s stomach.  He doubled over but still managed to grab my leg with his free hand.  I didn’t hesitate a minute.  If I did, I would have been short one leg.  I pulled out my laser and fired into the Ogres chest.  There was a brilliant flash of light and then an explosion which knock us both to the ground.   I stood up and saw that the Ogre had no longer a chest.  I then aimed the weapon at another Ogre and fired.  This time the Ogre fell but I didn’t.  I quickly scanned for another target but they had run off into the woods.
